| Penerangan CU | Stakeholders coordination management refers the interaction with others to exchange information and develop professional or social contacts. Hence, establishing networks with stakeholders and external agencies is to make contact with them in order to reach the point of agreement while dealing in athlete affairs. The person is responsible to formalize contact with all stakeholders and external agencies which legally bound concerning athlete affairs. The person who is competent in stakeholder coordination management and shall be able to manage athlete under stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationship and facilitate training and competition requirements. . The outcome of this competency is to ensure better relationship and understanding between organization and guardian or employer or authority body. |
