| Penerangan CU | An audit program is a set of policies and procedures that dictate how an evaluation of an organisation is done. This generally involves specific instructions as to what, and how much, evidence must be collected and evaluated, as well as who will collect and analyse the data and when this should be done. These types of programs are used to check up on things like a organisations' performance, finances, economy, and efficiency, and are generally tailored to a specific operation or purpose. The person who is competent in organizational auditing program management and shall be able to plan an internal audit program, convene internal audit program, implement audit outcome and verify the external audit program. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the organizations key operational element, such as human resource, financial and logistics running effectively and efficiently. |
