| Penerangan CU | PWD case management is a process of handling problems, issues and all possible relative issues that can give problems on centre and residents as required by statutory and regulatory body requirement. The person who is competent shall be able to acquire resident’s issues report from various unit, diagnose resident’s issues, plan intervention activities, execute intervention activities and evaluate intervention effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to ensure management of PWD’s case handled according to centre SOP. |
