| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the significance of the development of a dance ensemble in terms of constant fine repertoire presentations with trained performers and collaborators, and given comments for improvement. The personnel who are competent in the dance ensemble development shall be able to design performance plans, conduct educational/training program, implement periodical respond on the quality of dance performance and implement collaborations and outreach program. The outcome of this competency is to equip the dance ensemble through proper planning of training and performance as to build reputation of the dance ensemble. |
