The person who is competent in MICE event customer service shall be able to determine customer relation services requirements, examine customer relation services compliances, MICE event relation service condition, anticipate MICE liaison relation activities, assess customer services performance and prepare MICE customer service liaison summary. The outcome of this competency unit is to enable the adhoc or customized activities in MICE operation which includes all holistically customer service functions and activities are anticipated for completeness. |
