Penerangan CUMICE event customer service includes information directory, service enquiries, events hospitality liaison issues are anticipated and further remedied with organizational service standards for MICE delegation complementary. It is to holistically anticipated clients’ fundamental for necessary arrangement or customers service domains.

The person who is competent in MICE event customer service shall be able to determine customer relation services requirements, examine customer relation services compliances, MICE event relation service condition, anticipate MICE liaison relation activities, assess customer services performance and prepare MICE customer service liaison summary.

The outcome of this competency unit is to enable the adhoc or customized activities in MICE operation which includes all holistically customer service functions and activities are anticipated for completeness.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to handle the adhoc or customized activities. This is to ensure holistically customer service functions and activities are anticipated for completeness. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:
• Determine customer relation services requirements
• Examine customer relation services (CRS) compliances
• Assess MICE events relation services condition
• Anticipate MICE liaison relation activities
• Assess customer relation services performance
