This operation is vital to ensure the accuracy of the test result produced.The person who is competent in the Chromatographic analysis shall be able to perform analysis on High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and perform analysis on Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector (GC-FID). The person who is competent in this chromatographic analysis shall be able to perform chemical analysis using chromatographic techniques according to SOP.
