| Penerangan CU | "OSV Operation Supervision is a competency in which a particular OSV personnel is assigned to oversee various work activities onboard the vessel to ensure that all activities are executed safely and efficiently. The scope of work could be a normal routine day to day job which includes but not limited to maintenance, housekeeping, cargo handling, personnel transfer, drill exercises, ad hoc job to tackle unplanned breakdown or any emergency situation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all work done on vessel is executed safely and efficiently in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)." |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure that the personnel is able to supervise and oversee the various work activities on board the vessel to ensure that all task are performed effectively and in a safely manner. In particular the trainees will be able to: 1. Identify requirements in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) 2. Perform tools and equipment inspection 3. Implement the Permit To Work (PTW) System 4. Monitor work progress 5. Report work status and cleanup work area |
