The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify editorial illustration production requirement, sketch editorial illustration, produce finished drawing and finalize editorial illustration presentation. The outcome of this competency is to enable the personnel to produce editorial illustration by studying current human interest issue and develop sketches and drawing within specific deadline for public attention. |
