| Penerangan CU | Automotive assembly cost management is the process of effectively planning and controlling the costs involved in automotive assembly. The costs are recorded and monitored during the production execution period to ensure that the cost is in line with the actual cost management plan. Once the project is complete, the actual costs are compared with the predicted costs, which will help in predicting future expenses. The person who is competent in automotive assembly cost management will be able to establish cost element for plant operation, manage OPEX and CAPEX, control Purchase Requisition (PR) and Bill of Quantity (BQ), establish cost saving activities and present departmental cost report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage and control the automotive assembly operation cost efficiently and effectively. |
