| Penerangan CU | The competency unit title describes the competency in crop production monitoring and control. He or she is responsible to monitor and control the crop production and quality in compliance with MPOB quality standard and oil palm organisation manual. The person is competent shall be able to analyse crop production budget, analyse manpower requirement, monitor daily crop production and quality, monitor crop collection & evacuation, evaluate crop production performance and prepare crop production report The outcome of this competency is to ensure the crop production (FFB) can be produced 100% accurately and the quality of ripe fruit controlled to get higher OER (Oil Extraction Rate) |
