He or she is responsible to manage the mechanisation application including schedule, manpower requirement and work programme in compliance in compliance with rules and regulation required which include OSHA, Pesticide Act, environmental act, MPOB requirements, Jabatan Perhilitan, Jabatan Tanah dan Galian, Local Authority. The person is competent person shall be able to analyse mechanisation application management requirement, manage mechanisation application, manage manpower requirement, evaluate mechanisation application performance and prepare mechanisation application management report The outcome of this competency is to ensure the usage of mechanisationapplication in estate operationssufficiently in accordance with the requirements so that the estate operations will be run smoothly |
