Penerangan CU | Vehicle showroom administration is a functional role in a vehicle sales operation to administer, manage and oversee the entire showroom operation to enable the customer to shop in a comfortable and conducive environment. The competency includes verify showroom maintenance, ensure ?display car? availability, deploy showroom manpower, check sales support materials, confirm signage directional promotion adequacy, and record showroom documentation. The outcome of this competency is to maximise the contribution from the showroom through profitable sales and control of overhead expenses, in line with business plans and overall company policy and strategy and to meet and exceed customers? expectations in terms of the efficiency of the service provided. However the Vehicle Sales Showroom Operation should complying with legislative compliances which includes the operating permits, licenses and governance requirements. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to maximise the contribution from the showroom through profitable sales and control of overhead expenses, in line with business plans and overall company policy and strategy and to meet and exceed customers‘ expectations in terms of the efficiency of the service provided. However the Vehicle Sales Showroom Operation should comply with legislative compliances which include the operating permits, licenses and governance requirements.
