| Penerangan CU | The TAKT Time (TT) calculation is the competency in performing and defining whether the productions match with the customer demand. It is a basic indicator to meet customer demand level versus the working days based on factors affecting. TAKT Time (TT) is the production speed of time required to produce one piece according to the customer order. Cycle Time (CT) is the total time from the beginning to the end of process, as defined by company. Actual TAKT Time (ATT) is the actual pace at which parts are being produced. The person who is competent in this CU will be able to perform factors affecting formula of TAKT Time (TT) calculation, and define time measurement tools. The outcome of this competency is to calculate the time required to produce one piece of product and match it with the Actual TAKT Time (ATT) and determine company capability in supplying. |
