| Penerangan CU | The TAKT production assessment is the competency in assessing, performing, and simulating all LPS related activities. TAKT production is the production speed of time required to produce one piece according to the customer order. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess TAKT Time (TT) versus Actual TAKT Time (ATT) monthly / daily / hourly, perform Kaizen (Improvement) activities, and Implement 5S activities. The outcome of this competency is to understand and assess TAKT production activities. |
