| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Line Excursion He or she able to perform immediate containment action, minimize the damage and escalate the issue. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol; Verify affected tool and process based on event report; Shutdown affected tool and/or process; Define impacted lot list; Escalate to the respected tool or process owner; and Carry out 4D report writing. The outcome of this competency is to minimize the damage lost in accordance to customer requirements and company business objective. The personnel who are to be trained for the competency must have Clean room protocol, Wafer Fabrication Process Operation, Wafer Fabrication In line monitoring and Wafer Fabrication Equipment Operation. |
