| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Fab Indices Planning He or She able to interpret, analyze and make decision in order to optimize human resources and equipment/ tools based on Fabrication Indices data. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Practice clean room protocol, Analyze WIP profile, cycle time indices and resources availability, Identify potential bottleneck tool/area. Discuss with engineering team on tool conversion and recipe release, Activate measurement and inspection sampling, Dictate tool conversion and recipe release plan, Allocate the resources according to the needs or constraint area; and Monitor the WIP profile to gauge the execution effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to plan resources required in order to linearize Work In Progress (WIP) distribution in accordance to company goal and customer expectation. |
