| Penerangan CU | Financial planning refers to the projection of sales, income, and assets based on production and marketing strategies, as well as the determination of the resources needed to achieve these projections. Financial Control deals with the feedback and adjustment process required to ensure adherence to plans and modification of plans because of unforeseen changes. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to evaluate financial accounts and key performance indicators, plan investments, projects and financial processes, perform financial control and implement credit safeguarding. The outcome of this competency is optimum usage of financial resources and efficient control to maximise returns in investment. |
