| Penerangan CU | Fertilizer Production Planning is a competency required in planning of production and manufacturing processes in a fertilizer company. It utilizes the resource allocation of activities of employees, materials and production capacity, in order to serve different customers. The person who is competent in production planning shall be able to review sales forecast requirement, approve production programme, approve production planning report and approve schedule maintenance program. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the objective of production management is achieved effectively according to company practice. |
