| Penerangan CU | Fertilizer Production Budget Management is a competency of managing budget preparation and analyse cost expenses of production operations and maintenance. This CU also covers on cost down activity to minimize cost of the whole production operations The person who is competent in Compound Fertilizer Production Budget Management shall be able, to carry out staffing activities, prepare capital expenditure departmental budget, prepare operational departmental budget, prepare utilities consumption record and plan, carry out product costing and conduct stock take activities (monthly and annually) The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the yearly operation and maintenance budget are prepared and operating costs are controlled within allocated budget. |
