| Penerangan CU | Pre-treatment operation is a series of processes in eliminating impurities such as moisture, H2S, siloxane and dirt while increasing biogas initial pressure according to design specification. The purpose of pre-treatment operation is to prevent upgrading from damages (corrosion, wear, tear, etc.). Pre-treatment operations prepare specific quality of raw biogas for subsequent processes. Bio CNG Pre-Treatment Operations describes the competency required to run and supervise the day-to-day Bio CNG pre-treatment operations. A competent person in this CU shall be able to check availability and quality of the raw Biogas feedstock, carry out Bio CNG pre-treatment equipment preparation, check Bio CNG pre-treatment daily parameters, carry out Bio CNG pre-treatment operation, carry out Bio scrubber maintenance activities as well as to maintain cleanliness and safety of Bio CNG pre-treatment work area. The outcome of this competency is to ensure high productivity of Bio CNG pre-treatment operation that meet the production requirement, guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedure. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to run and supervise the day-to-day Bio CNG pre-treatment operations. The outcome of this competency is to ensure high productivity of Bio CNG pre-treatment operation that meet the production requirement, guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedure.
