| Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Operation Management describes the competency in managing the operations of interior decoration services to the Client; from project initiation until completion with satisfactory deliverable in meeting Client’s requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to monitor project planning, monitor design office, review design works, verify contract documentation, manage procurement administration, work site management and QA/QC management works. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage the project deliverables to meet Client’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to train and coach subordinates to deliver quality project works that meets Client’s satisfaction. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. ability to manage a pool of own staffs and sub-interior decoration services work. ii. knowledge on present project costing and resources pricing structure. iii. understanding on current trends in interior decoration appeal by Client. iv. ability to identify and recommend solutions to address sub-standard work. |
