| Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Finance Management describes the competency in managing financial performance of a business entity. It helps in the understanding of money management to execute a given interior decoration services project. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage a company operational cost, sourcing for project funding, analyse management account, monitor in-flow and out-flow of monies from a given project and re-evaluation of project budget. The outcome of this competency is to equip the person on financial competent to operate a business in interior decoration services. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to appreciate entrepreneurship and financial figures. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. able to understand financial aspect of running a business. ii. able to understand some basic accounting principal. |
