Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Human Resource Management describes the competency in the establishment of manpower for the interior decoration business needs based to Company’s policy. A competent person in this CU shall be able to organise human resources policy, sourcing staff recruitment, monitor staff performance, plan staff development program and conduct staff meeting. The outcome of this competency is organising manpower to meet business needs in competing with other industry players. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand Labour Office requirements and market trends in interior decoration services pertaining to manpower. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. able to understand basic labour law. ii. able to scout talent. iii. impartial attitude in staff development and promotion. |
