| Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Sales and Services describes the competency in carrying out sales and after-sales support services for sustainability of Clients and business growth. A competent person in this CU shall be able to establish project services, plan sales and services, develop communication skills, conduct consultation services and manage sales account. The outcome of this competency is to effectively generate sales and after-sales services to the satisfaction of Clients. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to have good communication skills and Client’s focus. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. good communication skills. ii. be a team-player; able to lead a team as well as able to be a follower in a team. |
