| Penerangan CU | Landscape Progress Report Preparation identifies the competency in reporting an assessment that takes place during construction phases such as accomplished sub-goals, expanded resources, and problems encountered. It also identifies if the project or process is expected to be completed on time and within budget. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare as-built drawing, prepare landscape construction budget report, prepare daily/monthly work progress report, prepare staff attendance report, prepare workers performance report and prepare S.H.E/OHS project report. The outcome of this competency is to assure right decision made by the contact management team pertaining necessary changes in an ongoing effort according to the contract’s job scope and requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assure right decision made by the contact management team pertaining necessary changes in an ongoing effort according to the contract’s job scope and requirements. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:- 1. Prepare ‘kick-off’ landscape project documentation. 2. Prepare financial progress report. 3. Prepare daily/monthly work progress report. 4. Prepare staff attendance report. 5. Prepare workers performance report. 6. Prepare safety, health and environment compliance (SHE) report. 7. Prepare final report documentation. |
