A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify potential and existing customers, provide sales and marketing input, perform sales and marketing activities and evaluate efficiency of sales and marketing activities. The outcome of this competency is to sell and market products. Personnel is also expected to be knowledgeable in products offered by company as to achieve company’s target in sales and marketing in accordance with company’s set sales goals. |
