| Penerangan CU | Vessel Crane Operation describes the competency in handling crane equipment and machineries in carry out unloading and loading of cargoes especially container at the terminal/wharf. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies in identify type, specification of crane and Safe Working Load (SWL), ensure vessel crane operation readiness and execute unloading/ loading operation in accordance to SOP and port authority requirement. To perform the CU, the personnel is required to have a knowledge and skills in carry out cargo winch crane and derrick handling in unloading /loading of cargo especially containers. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that stevedores equipped with knowledge and skills to cargo winch and derrick using designated equipment. |
