Good administration of operational documentation is critical to ensure smooth running of small hydro plant operations. Small Hydro Plant Operation Documentation describes the competency required to administer the documentation required during the operation of small hydro intake works. A competent person in this CU shall be able to produce operation and maintenance report, carry out operation and maintenance schedule coordination, carry out for material and services requisition and comply with company documentation standard. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the operations reports and records are complete, consistent, correct, unambiguous, and understandable that meets the requirement, guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedure. |
