Penerangan CU | Claims Dispute Management refers to activities to overcome any disagreement or argument between the company and the claimant/ beneficiary. The dispute should be resolved to maintain company’s performance and productivity, maintain company’s image and to avoid any legal action from the claimant. The person who is competent in Claims Dispute Management shall be able to analyse the claims dispute elements, ascertain decision on claims dispute and convey the decision to the claimant/ beneficiary in accordance with company’s guideline and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to resolve any dispute with claimant/ beneficiary that may affect company’s performance, company’s image and business continuity. |
