| Penerangan CU | Claims Risks Management is the continuous process handled by Claims Manager to mitigate the adverse effects of loss from cost of claims and liability judgments. It involves various tasks, which are risk identification, assessment and economic control of those risks that would harm claims department’s performance and endanger earning capacity of the business. The person who is competent in Claims Risks Management shall be able to identify risks related to the claims, assess the related risks, control and monitor the claims risks that could affect the organisation’s performance and productivity in accordance with company’s guideline and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to control or eliminate negative risks that could harm to the claims department and to the company as a whole. The ultimate goal is to ensure business sustainability and continuity. |
