| Penerangan CU | Structure fabrication engineering deals with designing and planning of fabrication procedures including preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and SOP for fabrication and installation. This will ensure that structure fabrication work complies with technical requirements as specified in the project specifications. The person competent in this CU shall be able to prepare MTO, purchase requisition and TBE, check technical specifications of materials received, verify shop drawings, identify structure fabrication and erection methods and prepare red-line mark-up for as-built drawings. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that fabrication procedures comply with project technical specifications. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to design and plan structure fabrication work in accordance with structure and project specifications.
