| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Cable Yarding Operation. He or she is responsible in operating a cable yarder to extract felled trees according to SOP. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to extract felled trees with the cable yarder, reposition cable yarder and riggings, inspect the operational condition of cable yarder and riggings, and accumulate extracted trees at the log landing. The outcome of this competency is the felled trees are extracted using cable yarder to a landing. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU is able to extract felled trees using cable yarder to a landing. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to:- 1. Extract felled trees with the cable yarder 2.Reposition cable yarder and rigging. 3. Inspect the operational condition of cable yarder and rigging 4. Accumulate extracted logs at the landing. |
