| Penerangan CU | The phrase “as-built" in construction is reflecting the “As-is" situation. So, As-built drawings are the final set of drawings or actual existing conditions drawings. As compared to designs or proposed conditions for the content of drawings, they include all the changes that have been made to the original construction drawings, including notes, modifications, and any other information that the builder decides. As-built drawings can be documented either during or after construction. When it's during construction, the design drawings are redlined for editing otherwise new and accurate data will be collected to reconstruct and finalize the drawings. The competent person will be able to identify the changes made for the redlined As-built and include the changes on the new As-built as requested. This CU covers a range of activities from identify offshore structure As-Built drawings requirements, identify offshore structure As-Built drawings information, prepare offshore structure As-Built drawings, confirm offshore structure As-Built drawings prepared to prepare report for offshore structure modification job. The outcome of this CU is the development of competencies to prepare offshore structure As-Built drawings. |
