| Penerangan CU | Broodstock and seed production supervision require the ability to supervise the program in accordance with aquaculture farming requirements. This include monitoring work progress and the manpower requirement in accordance with organisational standard operating procedure. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to record sectional procurement, perform broodstock and seed work verification, conduct staffs job training, monitor personnel competency, conduct section meeting/briefing and discussion activities, conduct staffs coaching and counselling, evaluate staff discipline, performance and achievement, coordinate manpower requirements and coordinate maintenance work in accordance with organisation standard operating procedure. (SOP) The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure staff satisfaction, final products meet organisation and industry requirements, to ensure sustainable broodstock and seed production. |
