| Penerangan CU | Pre Chemical Dosing & Coagulant Mixing System troubleshooting describes the competency of a skilled person in this area on finding the root cause of the breakdown that might occur on the component such as chemical feeder, coagulant mixing delivery & control system as well as computerised monitoring system. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify Pre Chemical Dosing & Coagulant Mixing System troubleshooting requirements, perform Pre Chemical Dosing & Coagulant Mixing System troubleshooting and perform Pre Chemical Dosing & Coagulant Mixing System inspection. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the processing equipment to treat the impurities of the raw water before distribution to the consumer running uninterruptedly and the water quality are in compliance with the quality standard prescribed by the regulatory bodies such as SPAN/ DOE. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to at all times, maintaining the good safety practices and management. The person must be familiar with general first aid practices and strict & constant attention must be given to safety procedures. |
