| Penerangan CU | Sludge Dewatering System troubleshooting describes the competency required in monitoring the performance of the facility equipment and comparing the parameter of the sludge process to detect any defect/ failure on the component. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify Sludge Dewatering System troubleshooting requirements, perform Sludge Dewatering System troubleshooting and perform Sludge Dewatering System inspection The outcome of this competency is to solve a problem using proper guidelines and procedures by identify the problem meticulously, determine the most likely cause and consider the best and cost effective corrective measures in accordance with company SOP/ O&M manual. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to complied with the HSE procedures and regulation at all times; ability to address unexpected conditions that could result in serious/fatal injury to personnel and/or damage to the equipment. |
