The person who is competent in sewage primary treatment optimization shall be able to gather sewage primary treatment process information and sewage characteristics, assess sewage primary treatment process performance information and prepare sewage primary treatment process reports. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the sewage primary treatment process optimization has been achieved in accordance with best engineering practice by minimizing operation and maintenance costs, improve process output and reducing downtime. |
