| Penerangan CU | The On-board Crew Supervision describes the requirement to supervise on board crew so that the train operations running smoothly and safely, whether during normal or emergency services. The person who is competent in the On-board Crew Supervision shall be able to monitor crew attendance, conduct safety briefing, monitor crew activities, advice on customer complaint and perform emergency response activities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to supervision-board crew tasks in accordance to standard operation procedures and emergency response procedures. |
