Penerangan CU | Counter Services Administration is the second layer of counter services in retail banking which provides a level of control on decisions and transactions made by the Tellers. It involves verifying and approving all transactions made by Tellers at the service counter and handling all issues or problems which are beyond the authority limit of Tellers. A competent person in Counter Service Administration shall be able to facilitate Start of Day (SOD) process, approve counter service transactions, administer counter service and conduct End of Day (EOD) balancing in accordance with company’s SOP and authorities’ requirements.
