The competency is important as it is the initial stage in determining the parameter setting for the marker file. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify paper pattern information, identify cut plan information, produce marker file and evaluate marker file parameter setting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the marker file produced can be used to maximise the fabric usage for wearing apparel production. |
