It is to administer vehicle movement and surveillance control of vehicle operation, distribution handling rendered in accordance with air port operational handling procedure. A person who is competent in air port operational handling shall be able to assess flight operational, assess flight surveillance control, and carry out flight routine tracking and vehicle operational documentation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure flight terminal operation handling complying to port standard operating procedures. |
