| Penerangan CU | Rolling stock unscheduled maintenance is unpredictable maintenance requirement that had not been previously planned or programmed but require prompt attention. It is performed to identify, isolate and resolve a fault so that the failed equipment can be replaced or restored. The personnel who are competent in rolling stock unscheduled maintenance shall be able to determine quantity of fleet for unscheduled maintenance, plan unscheduled maintenance activities, evaluate rolling stock, unscheduled maintenance works and prepare rolling stock unscheduled maintenance report. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure the rolling stock unscheduled maintenance are carried out efficiently to satisfy the operational condition within the tolerances or limits established for in-service operations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure the rolling stock unscheduled maintenance are carried out efficiently to satisfy the operational condition within the tolerances or limits established for in-service operations. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees shall be able to:- 1. Determine quantity of fleet for unscheduled maintenance. 2. Plan unscheduled maintenance activities. 3. Evaluate rolling stock unscheduled maintenance works. 4. Prepare rolling stock unscheduled maintenance report. |
