| Penerangan CU | Terminal commercial management is the management function of terminal operation. It is to ensure, strategize and administer the terminal infrastructure to lease and rent assets for commercial value. The person who is competent in terminal commercial management shall be able to analyze terminal service requirements, develop terminal commercial strategy, implement commercial programs, evaluate terminal commercial management performance and manage terminal commercial management documentation. The outcome of this competency is to enable terminal infrastructure to be lease out creating commercial value for the organization. |
