Penerangan CU | In-flight Manpower Management describes the competency in drawing up manpower policy and strategies to enhance in-flight service products and delivery to the highest level. A competent person in this CU shall be able to develop standard operating procedures, organize in-flight manpower, prepare in-flight operational budget, manage in-flight personnel and develop in-flight teams. The outcome of this competency is to manage and monitor the department effectively. To perform the CU, the competency owner should have planning, and analytical capability, effective leadership qualities, good listening and communication skills, and a good team player. Must be able to motivate and inspire others positively. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: - i. Good inter personal skill ii. Problem solving capabilities. |
