| Penerangan CU | Safety & security practices monitoring is an activity of monitoring the skills and knowledge required in complying with occupational safety and security procedures. The monitoring is done to protect assets from hazard/threats in order to create a safe and secure condition. Monitoring is done on safety and security accident/incident to make sure that procedure taken complies with current standard operating procedures and regulations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to update flight attendant safety and security SOP, analyse aviation safety & security incidents & accidents reports, monitor passenger safety and security, monitor flight attendant safety and security and monitor emergency accidents and incidents. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that regular monitoring is done to manage and reduce passengers and flight attendant related accidents & incidents. This is done by ensuring that flight attendant follows the latest safety and security SOP/regulations in order to provide a safe and secure workplace. |
