Penerangan CU | In-flight training management is an activity that revolves around a framework for conducting training and assessment for flight attendant. It includes the process of coordinating training development and improving training material and improving internal/external-reporting mechanisms through continuous monitoring of evaluations and feedbacks. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse training needs analysis, establish training working committee, coordinate training materials development, plan training schedule and evaluate training results. The outcome of this competency is to ensure efficient and effective training for flight attendants through the use of suitable facilities and training materials. Coordination work includes with relevant authorities, facilitators, training materials and critical facilities such as flight deck and cabin mock-ups/simulator. |
