| Penerangan CU | Terminal technical support management is the work function of ensure optimum operation. It is to render all technical support for facilities, technology and strategic drills to service team to provide terminal operational technical assistance to the operation activities. The person who is competent in terminal technical support management shall be able to analyse terminal service and equipment performance, provide technical support, review terminal operation system performance, formulate operational system remedy and manage terminal technical support management documentation. The outcome of this competency is to grant terminal operational technical assistance to whole terminal operation system and equipment complying to support procedures. |
