| Penerangan CU | Terminal labour relation is the optional roles and function for the terminal operation. It is to manage and maintain work teams labour relations for the organization in relate to human resources compliances interest. It is to manage and promote labour relation harmonies and staff welfare. The person who is competent in terminal labour relation shall be able to analyse terminal labour groups and needs, maintain good working environment, review terminal labour relation activities and manage terminal labour relation courses. The outcome of this competency is to ensure terminal working environment is well maintained in compliance with labour relation policy. |
