Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Insurance/ takaful sales and marketing support administration. He or She is the person who involve in selling and marketing of insurance/ takaful products. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify potential client, arrange meeting appointment, prepare sales and marketing kits, present product proposal, close sales dealing, submit proposal documents for processing and send payment receipt to client. The outcome of this competency is to provide professional and informative sales and marketing personnel to ensure client trustworthiness in accordance with Insurance Act 1963 and Takaful Act 1984. |
