Penerangan CU | Advertising And Promotion Medium Planning And Strategic Development is a process to develop strategic planning for A&P medium of the whole A&P program such as campaign and product/service promotion. Advertising And Promotion Medium Planning And Strategic Development is the beginning of the whole A&P campaign development process once the budget is set in place. All strategic planning starts from the brand / product objectives. The process starts with research, internal brain storming of ideas following by the development of the brief to the agency. Once the brief has been communicated the strategic planners in the agency will propose a campaign plan for the brand. After deliberation, discussion and feedback, the plan will then be implemented through the campaign activities set. The personnel at this level must comprehend his, own brand objectives well in order to develop a well- thought through campaign idea. The outcome of this competency is the assurance that an effective strategic plan for the brand is developed in accordance to the marketing objectives set. |
